At Diolus Perfumes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fragrance purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we have a clear and simple return process. This Return Policy explains how to return items and receive a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Return Window: You must initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Unopened & Unused Products: The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Opened or Used Perfumes: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Sale or Discounted Items: Items bought with a special offer or discount are non-returnable unless specified otherwise.
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easy with Diolus Perfumes. Please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@diolusperfumes.com with your order details and reason for return. You will receive return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that it is secure to prevent damage during transit.
- Return Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
- Refunds: If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund and it will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different product, we will process your exchange once we receive the returned item. You will be responsible for any difference in price and return shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@diolusperfumes.com with photos of the damaged product. We will offer you the following options:
- A full refund (including shipping charges).

Non-Returnable Items
